Essential cookies cannot usually be switched off because they are needed for the website or requested service to function.

The physical Nature’s Playbook toolkit may be sold through the King’s e-store or other external purchasing platforms. If you click through to an external store, that store may use its own cookies and privacy practices.
 

Newsletter and communication cookies

If you sign up to the Nature’s Playbook newsletter through the Wix website, Wix tools may use cookies or similar technologies to support sign-up forms, email delivery, and related analytics.
 

You will only receive newsletter or marketing emails if you actively sign up to receive them.
 

Field Guide platform cookies

The Field Guide runs on a separate digital platform that is connected to the wider Nature’s Playbook ecosystem.

  • magic-link access;

  • password recovery;

  • saved course progress;

  • language preference;

  • payment confirmation;

  • account security;

  • course access;

  • uploaded photographs;

  • AI Guide interactions;

Some of these cookies are essential for the Field Guide to function. Any non-essential cookies used by the Field Guide platform should be described and managed through the relevant consent settings.
 

Further details will be confirmed as the Field Guide platform is finalised.

The Nature’s Playbook website may link to external websites, including the King’s e-store, Stripe checkout, event pages, or other external services.

When you leave the Nature’s Playbook website, the cookies and privacy practices of the external website will apply. Nature’s Playbook is not responsible for the cookie practices of external websites.
