About The Event
Ecological Design Thinking for a Circular Economy offers a creative and practical approach to circular innovation. Drawing on ecological principles, it helps organisations consider familiar challenges from a different perspective. Participants will explore how living systems build resilience, work through interdependence, adapt to change and use resources effectively, and how these patterns can inform business models, value chains and wider systems change.
During the session, they will introduce Nature’s Playbook, a research-based tool developed through four years of academic research into ecological metaphors for circular economy innovation. Participants will see how the tool can help organisations apply ecological design thinking in practice.
All participants will receive a demonstration booklet and will have the opportunity to purchase the full card set during the workshop.
This is a free event hosted by Sustainable Finance Initiative. Eight places are available for King’s alumni and will be allocated on a first come, first served…
