Shop Policy
1. Ordering & Payment
Nature's Playbook can be ordered through e-store of King's College London.
2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally from our fulfilment centre in the United Kingdom. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–10 working days. As limited stock is kept, some products may be produced to order. Therefore, dispatch times may vary depending on production timelines.
Delivery times may vary by destination. Nature’s Playbook is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local import procedures, or other events outside our control.
3. Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging and condition.
Before returning any item, you must contact Nature’s Playbook for return authorisation at sustainablebusiness@kcl.ac.uk.
Refunds cover the product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photo evidence of both the product and the original packaging is required.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Verified damaged items do not need to be returned. Refunds are not issued for damaged items; replacements are provided instead.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, our returns policy applies.
6. Pre-orders
Pre-ordered items are released with an estimated dispatch window. These dates are indicative and may change due to production, supply chain, or commercial factors.
If the expected dispatch date changes by more than four weeks from the original estimate, customers will be notified by email. Otherwise, updated estimated dispatch dates will be displayed on the website.
